July/August Blog General

June has been ‘anti-mercury ‘month. Seldom have important overseas meetings happened in a row for me. So in Stockholm nine of us anti-mercury activists and scores of governments gathered from around the world for a conference on banning mercury.

It was held by the United Nations Environmental Programme,  UNEP, which is in its first-stage discussions on mercury in the environment.

Mercury, highly toxic, comes from a wide variety of sources including mining, industrial use, light industries, chlor-alkali industry which includes such everyday items as light bulbs, button batteries used in toys and children’s shoes, mobile phones/computers/laptops and watches etc.,, cremation of dead bodies because of the mercury in their teeth fillings, dental amalgam waste and a whole lot more.

I was there obviously for the dental amalgams and the cremation both of which, yearly, add hundreds of metric tonnes of mercury into both landfill and air emissions.

It is vital for your health and for the environment too, to have white fillings placed when you have a tooth cavity.

Prevention with thrice-daily brushing and daily flossing will keep your money in your pocket and not the dentist’s!

The following week I was invited to Stockholm for a similar conference but for the European Union instead. I am always a good floor speaker being short, concise and to the point. So I managed three interventions and all are reported in the final proceedings. All were again about dental amalgams, their impact on health and then into the environment as waste products so completing a full cycle of contamination both human and environmental.

With both the UNEP and the EU it is looking as though, in 2-3 years time, mercury will be globally banned in the majority of current uses. This is good news though there is a slight possibility that dental amalgam use may still be allowed. This is because of strenuous fighting by the American Dental Association and British Dental Association  to try to prevent any litigation from seeping through should dental mercury be banned.

So it is up to the patient to see an end to this poisonous filling material by only asking for white fillings.

I strongly recommend all households to have my Mercury Fillings Compilation available as an e-book on this site.

As for Candida and UTI’s- no conferences on them, but I will be available for counselling in America during July and August after my books have been read carefully and practised properly.

The woman below has her problems- they are all self-caused, she hasn't learnt anything yet about how to prevent UTI's, but she will from my excellent books.

Hi Angela,

I came across your work online and bought your Encyclopedia immediately. It is a brilliant book with so many tips and ideas that i had never thought of and the Drs have certainly not mentioned. To be honest, it made me quite mad how little they actually tell you about the disease, and i guess i am quite mad at myself for not pushing harder and taking a proper interest etc.

Long story short, i lived a totally normal, life until April 09 when at the age of 34 i got my first UTI. Since then, life has been completely ruled by my bacterial cystitis. I have had all the scans/xrays/tests 2 cystoscopys and a urethral dilation, none of which have done any good, and since reading your book, i realise, were pretty pointless anyway. They have found no long term causes but im guessing, its probably sexually driven, although i don't get it every time i have sex, so i'm hoping following your tips will help establish what's actually causing it.

I am now at that stage where i have finally begun to take notice of what exactly is wrong with me and have been frightened to death by what i have come across. I had no idea this could be such a long term thing if its not prevented and that so many people can suffer for so long.

I have already started to try all the things suggested in your book, from the hygiene to changing my diet etc etc and will continue to do all the things you suggest. I guess what i am asking you is how do you learn to cope with this disease mentally?

Living a relatively normal life physically for 34 years and then to get this, its been a real shock to the system.... I am a big socialiser and have always liked a drink, and as i am not married or living with my partner, i go out socially a lot, so to have to give up alcohol altogether is very hard to get my head around. I also smoke, which i have been told is the number one cause of bladder cancer/problems and i should give up immediately.

I also have a boyfriend, and we both have very high sex drives and of course, this has been affected badly. I even feel i can't masturbate without the chronic fear of getting an infection!!!! I have an incredibly sweet tooth and love cakes and chocolate and through my work, get alot of this sort of stuff sent to me on a regular basis and really enjoy.

I feel that all the things i enjoy in life are being taken away from me and at the moment, its all a bit much so any advice on how to cope, would be gratefully received.

I do of course understand that you may not be able to give advice out on email etc and i appreciate you probably get thousands of emails a week, but i just thought i'd try on the offchance.

 Many thanks, Jasmina, Australia

Well, Jasmina got a short reply. She does have to read up properly and keep doing the simple steps in my books. Alcohol AND sex are often a huge problem for many women so have one and not the other- have the other some other time!!

As for masturbation, the anal bacteria which mostly cause cystitis don't know if it's a banana, a finger, a penis or a speculum- they live there and they will reproduce. My bottle washing limits their travelling, as the book says time and again.

Unwashed/unprotected sex is symptomatic of irresponsibility to your own body. VD is huge now, the sexual health clinics are packed out and many people will suffer lifelong agonies as UTI's often accompany sexual infections.

Drunken behaviour antagonises bladder and kidneys. You become dehydrated from this. Kidney disease from rising sexual infections and constant drunkenness can eventually kill you unless behaviour is not altered.

Remember Sodom and Gomorrah? This is no way to really live. Find other physical and mental enjoyments instead.

As for coping with it mentally, you don't have to. Self-help and prevention from my books are the only way to deal with the whole situation. Once better and preventing cystitis / UTI's / Candida your spirits will automatically lift.

In my day though, women were automatically put on anti-depressants for it because the medical profession had no answers---it still doesn't and it never will.

I am the only answer-- learn and prevent!
